RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Right of Withdrawal (Articles 52 et seq. Consumer Code – updated 2025)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide any reason. The 14-day period starts from the date you receive the last item in your order.
To receive a full refund, products must be returned in compliant condition and in adequate packaging.
Returns of the following products cannot be accepted:

  • used, opened or missing the safety seal

  • damaged or altered beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics and function

  • purchased in physical stores (returns are only valid for online purchases)

Conditions for Return Acceptance

For hygiene and health reasons and for the proper management of the cosmetic supply chain, returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is intact, unused and in its original packaging

  • Labels, seals and packaging must be complete and intact

  • Accessories must include all parts of the original packaging

  • The 100% organic extensions must not show signs of use, creasing, odors or tampering

  • Hair perfumes must not have been sprayed, opened or be missing cellophane/seal
    👉 RETURNS OF USED OR OPENED PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
    👉 The request may be refused if any of the above conditions are not met.

Returns accepted for reasons attributable to the seller

Returns are accepted (free of charge) in the following cases:

  • Item different from what was ordered or represented in the photo

  • Item defective or damaged upon arrival

  • Item incorrect in color, variant or model
    In these cases, BIÒRIO covers the return costs, provided that photographic documentation is sent within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Instructions

You can make a return as either a registered customer or a guest. The procedure is identical in both cases.

  1. Prepare the products you intend to return.

  2. Place them in adequate and well-sealed packaging.

  3. Ship all return items in a single shipment to the following address:

    You can use any courier, but GLS is recommended, the same one used for our shipments.
    📌 The return shipment is at the customer's expense, except in cases of error/defect attributable to the seller.

Return Processing Times

Once the package is received, your return will be verified and processed within 2/4 business days. After verification, you will receive a communication with the outcome and any refund.

Refund Methods

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order (card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.), unless otherwise requested in writing.

Cash on Delivery Orders (2025)

Orders placed with cash on delivery do not include monetary refunds. In case of a return, a digital voucher equal to the value of the returned products will be issued, redeemable on the BIÒRIO online store within 12 months.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal (Consumer Code 2025)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • opened or used cosmetic products

  • products missing the hygienic seal

  • customized items or items packaged according to specific customer request
